Update on Liv's Surgery

Olivea had surgery Sept 6th at St Marks. She was a trooper going in. Before the surgery they gave her a sedative and warned us that she either would be very tired or funny, most likely she would be tired. So we were waiting around to have her start getting sleeping. Nope that did not happen, she was running around the room, falling down, laughing hysterically, just being a funny little girl. When her Dr came in to check on her, she was laughing at him and playing peekaboo with him, he decided yep she is ready to come back. They told us that when she went in with them that they put the mask on Ducky and she thought it was hilarious, then they put it on her and she was out. Coming out of surgery she was screaming but they told us that was normal. They told us that she would be sleeping rest of the day so we were expecting that to happen..... nope she was trying to run around like nothing happened. The next day and the day after were the worse, nothing would soothe her, she was in pain, it was a hard couple days for all of us. She is almost back to herself right now, not in as much pain as yesterday and starting to eat better. She finally slept through the night last night so that's good.
